1st Birthday Card

It's amazing how last minute reminders for anniversary and birthday cards can suddenly up the blog posting rate isn't it?? This one is for my great-niece who will be 1 tomorrow. I've made yet another easel card and because I won't be there to show my nephew how it works, I've included a photo of it as displayed from the side because I don't want him thinking that I've taken leave of my senses and sent a card that won't open properly!

What I've used:
A few challenges have helped me with this one:
Hopefully, I'll leave myself more time in future!!

  1. Oh he is soooo sweet Ann and perfect for the challenge. Thanks for joining in this week LOve Cynthia x

  2. oh wow Ann this is gorgeous. I quite agree with you on the thoughts that non crafters can't handle easel cards. I remember Laura last year when Max sent her one. Oh gosh she nearly tied herself in knots trying to work it out. They are gorgeous when done though aren't they and this one is particularly cute.

  6. Great card and design, I didn't realise people didn't know how to stand an easel card perhaps I should include instructions next time.

I do like the mottled stone paper must pop over and have another look.
